Ficoll-Paque
Proprietary name for premixed Ficoll and diatrizoate (Hypaque) with a density of g/cm3 used as a cushion for separating lymphocytes (which do not pass through the Ficoll-Paque layer) from other blood cells in a one-step centrifugation method.
